• You can pay with a gift voucher for accommodation and SPA procedures
• You may choose a gift voucher for a certain sum or for a certain service
• A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase
• A gift voucher should be used one time
• A gift voucher may not be prolonged
• A gift voucher may not be exchanged for money
• If a holder of a gift voucher purchases services for a sum less than that of the voucher the remaining sum shall not be refunded
• Should you fail to arrive without notifying us 24 h prior to the beginning of the booked procedure, the gift voucher is considered to have been used
• If you wish to use your voucher you need to book the service in advance by phone +370 601 13010. Reservations are accepted depending on availability of “Hill Palanga” and “Hill SPA”
